Bircher


I absolutely love porridge, but sometimes I can’t quite face it when the weather is warm. So the other day I tried making bircher museli and I’m in love! It’s so great for warmer weather, super quick and easy to make and there’s so many different ways you can vary the recipe to fit what you fancy, or whatever ingredients you have. I went for simple almond and vanilla, but I can’t wait to try out some different variations and share them with you!


Ingredients
50g oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
200ml almond milk
Liquid sweetener
Vanilla extract


Simply mix all of the ingredients together and leave in the fridge overnight. Top with fresh fruit in the morning and voila! Let me know what you think and please tag me on Instagram @swift_eats if you recreate the recipe!
