Hazelnut Butter

I'm kind of obsessed with nut butter. There's so many different variations and you can literally have it with anything! I had a ton of hazelnuts and needed some nut butter for a flapjack recipe I'd been dreaming up, so decided it was the perfect opportunity to try out making some hazelnut butter.

Ingredients
300g hazelnuts

Method
Heat your oven to 170c. Place the hazelnuts on baking paper and roast for 8-10 minutes. If you want to take the skins off then follow the next step, if not just pop the nuts straight in your food processor. Put the hazelnuts in a clean tea towel and wrap them up in a bundle, roll them on the side for a minute or so, so that they're rubbing against each other. When you open up your tea towel you should have a loads of skinless hazelnuts! Process on a high speed for 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides of your processor occasionally and you're done!
