3 Ingredient Smoothie


Sometimes the simplest things are the best, so with that in mind, I'm going to share with you my favourite quick and easy smoothie recipe. This smoothie has just 3 ingredients and makes the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack. 

Ingredients
one overripe banana
one cup of frozen blueberries (or any other berry)
a handful of spinach

Blend everything up in a high power blender (you may need to add a little water or almond milk, whichever you prefer). I love to put it all in a bowl and top with some fruit and granola.
