PB&J Flapjacks

I know what you're probably thinking... Really? Another PB&J recipe? Yes. Another one, because there's no such thing as too much PB&J. These are so simple to make and they are so, so good, you just can't beat such a classic flavour combination!

They make the perfect afternoon snack and a great on the go breakfast.

250g jumbo oats
100g porridge oats
75g coconut oil
135g honey
150g peanut butter
30g raspberries
3 tbsp dried raspberries

Heat the coconut oil, honey and peanut butter in a pan until all the ingredients have melted and  are combined evenly. Pour the mixture over the oats and stir through so it's equally distributed, then stir through the fresh and dried raspberries.
Bake at 170 for around 20 minutes, slice and enjoy!
